2. Mobile Messaging Program Terms

Personal Brand Coaching LLC operates a mobile messaging program to facilitate service delivery and professional development. By opting into our program via our website application forms, you provide express 1-to-1 written consent to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional text messages.

Description of SMS Use Cases:

  • Transactional: Real-time updates regarding your coaching application status, strategy call confirmations, and appointment reminders.
  • Promotional: Weekly brand optimization tips, professional insights, and exclusive invitations to new coaching cohorts or masterclasses.

Program Disclosures:

  • Opt-Out Instructions: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our mobile number. Upon sending "STOP," we will send you one final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

All financial transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways. Prices are subject to change at our sole discretion.

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all digital courses and group coaching programs. To be eligible, you must submit a refund request to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and have accessed no more than 25% of the digital content.
  • Coaching Cancellations: For one-on-one strategy sessions, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide such notice will result in the forfeiture of the session fee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, and we make no guarantees regarding specific financial or professional outcomes.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Personal Brand Coaching LLC and its officers from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved via binding arbitration.
