Personal Brand Coaching LLC ("Personal Brand Coaching," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using personalbrandcoachingllc.com (the "Site") or our coaching services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Personal identifiers: name, email address, phone number, social handles.
- Address information: street, city, state, ZIP, country (when needed for invoicing).
- Financial information: payment method type and transaction history. We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by PCI-compliant providers (e.g., Stripe).
- Demographic information: as voluntarily shared during application or coaching.
- Geolocation data: IP-based approximate location.
- Behavioral data: pages visited, session duration, clicks, ad interactions.
- Technical information: browser type, device type, operating system, referral URLs.
- Marketing preferences: opt-ins, opt-outs, interests, campaign engagement.
2. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you via forms, application, registration, or purchase.
- Through essential cookies required for the Site to function.
- From service providers we contract with to deliver our coaching services (e.g., our payment processor and SMS delivery provider), limited to data they provide back to us about transactions or message delivery status.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Site and our coaching services.
- Deliver coaching, schedule sessions, and provide customer support.
- Process transactions and send order or application confirmations.
- Send email communications you have opted in to receive.
- Send SMS messages only to recipients who have explicitly opted in via the SMS consent checkboxes on our application form.
- Respond to inquiries and improve the Site.
- Detect and prevent security threats or fraud.
4. SMS / Text Messaging — Mobile Information Sharing
Mobile Opt-In Data Is Never Shared With Third Parties — No Exceptions.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. This includes, without limitation: mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, SMS consent records, and any SMS opt-in audit data (timestamps, IP addresses, user agents). This restriction is absolute and applies to any and all third parties, without exception, for any purpose.
SMS consent is collected separately and is never bundled with our Terms & Conditions or any required agreement. Acceptance of our Terms does not opt you in to SMS. SMS opt-in is collected only through independent, optional, unchecked-by-default checkboxes on our application form. SMS consent is not a condition of any purchase or service; you may apply for and purchase any program without consenting to SMS.
Personal Brand Coaching LLC collects SMS consent in two separate categories as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA):
- Transactional / Informational SMS — application updates, scheduling and reminders, and customer support replies. Sent only to users who check the transactional SMS opt-in box.
- Promotional / Marketing SMS — announcements about new cohorts, programs, and special offers. Sent only to users who separately check the marketing SMS opt-in box. Marketing consent is collected on its own checkbox and is not a condition of any purchase or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For details, see our SMS / Messaging Policy.
5. Advertising & Analytics
Personal Brand Coaching LLC does not currently install third-party advertising or tracking technologies on this website, including on pages where SMS opt-in is collected. We do not share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, or any SMS consent data with any third party for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose. We do not sell your personal information.
If in the future we add analytics or advertising technologies, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data will remain entirely excluded from any data made available to such providers, and this policy will be updated to reflect any change before such technologies are deployed. You can opt out of email marketing via the unsubscribe link in any email message.
6. Cookies
We use only the essential cookies required for the Site to function (e.g., session and security cookies). We do not currently set marketing or advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to track mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in status. You may control cookies through your browser settings or via AllAboutCookies.org.
7. Sharing of Information
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and SMS consent data are NEVER shared, sold, rented, licensed, or otherwise disclosed to ANY third party for ANY purpose. There are no exceptions to this rule. This restriction applies even to our service providers: SMS opt-in data is never made available to any third party for any purpose other than directly delivering the SMS message you opted in to receive.
We do not sell your personal data. Subject to the SMS exclusion above, we share other information only with:
- SMS message delivery providers only (e.g., Twilio) — the minimum data required to send the SMS you opted in to receive. These providers are contractually prohibited from using your phone number or opt-in data for any purpose other than delivering our messages.
- Service providers for non-SMS functions (payment processors, email platforms, CRM and scheduling tools), under contract, and excluding SMS opt-in data.
- Legal authorities, when required by law or to protect rights.
- Successors in a business transfer (merger, acquisition, sale of assets). In such a transfer, SMS opt-in records will only transfer to a successor that contractually agrees to honor this Privacy Policy, including the no-third-party-sharing restriction on SMS data.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined here or as required by law. To request deletion, email support@personalbrandcoachingllc.com.
9. Your Privacy Rights
U.S. residents (including California)
- Know what personal data we collect and how we use it.
- Access your data.
- Request deletion.
- Opt out of sale or sharing of personal data (we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising of SMS data).
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal data.
EU/EEA & UK residents
- Access, rectify, or erase your personal data.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Data portability.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
10. International Transfers
We are based in the United States. Data from international users may be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ. We use appropriate safeguards.
11. Data Security
- Encrypted data transmission (TLS).
- Firewalls and intrusion detection.
- Role-based access control.
- Regular security review.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
12. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it. Parents may contact us to request removal.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the most recent changes. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-product notice.
